About the role
H10 Hotels is looking to hire a person to work as a Cook at our H10 Port Vell hotel in Barcelona.
What you'll do
- Carry out the missing mise-en-place for the different stations.
- Cover the breakfast and terrace snack service.
- Inspect and control merchandise stock.
- Serve customer orders within an appropriate time according to standards and needs.
- Ensure that each of the dishes he prepares is in perfect condition when it goes out to the dining room.
- Supervise staff meals, cooking and service.
- Cook and present food for service.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Rotating shifts
- 35 hours/week
