About the Position
ImageNet Consulting is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Copier and Printer Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction office equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, tech-savvy, and enjoys solving problems while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.

Perform on-site service calls, equipment installations, and preventative maintenance.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic network connectivity issues.

Communicate with customers regarding service needs, repairs, and scheduling.

Document service activities and manage parts inventory using company software.

Maintain an organized company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing technical training.
