As our new Copilot Studio & AI Agent Consultant, you will join our Microsoft Center of Excellence to turn emerging Copilot and AI agent capabilities into scalable customer solutions and internal productivity tools.

You will work hands-on with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, and Power Platform to design, build, and validate AI solutions, while supporting customer delivery, creating reusable assets, driving adoption, and contributing to global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Copilot Studio and AI agent solutions, from discovery and design to build, validation, governance, and adoption
• Design and develop AI agents and Copilot experiences using Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 extensibility, and Power Platform
• Ensure solutions are secure, governed, and maintainable, covering data protection, DLP, identity, ALM, monitoring, and controls
• Build and maintain reusable global assets such as architectures, templates, playbooks, demos, and accelerators
• Support customer engagements and early access pilots, validating use cases and feeding insights into global offerings
• Drive internal CoE innovation by developing AI solutions that improve productivity, delivery quality, and knowledge reuse
• Enable adoption and scale through stakeholder collaboration, enablement materials, and support for regional delivery and presales teams
