Corporate IT & Information Security Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer Corporate IT systems, including user accounts, endpoint devices, Microsoft Windows platforms, productivity tools, printers, collaboration services, and internal support workflows.
  • Provide responsive end-user support, resolve service tickets, onboard and offboard employees, and maintain accurate IT asset and access records.
  • Manage identity and access controls, including account provisioning, privilege reviews, password policies, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege access practices.
  • Operate and maintain Corporate IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, network devices, backup systems, and monitoring tools.
  • Configure and support network infrastructure such as switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, VPN services, and secure remote access solutions.
  • Monitor security alerts, endpoint protection, vulnerability scan results, patch status, and system logs; escalate and coordinate remediation of security risks and incidents.
  • Maintain security hardening standards for endpoints, servers, cloud services, and network devices in alignment with company policies and industry good practices.
  • Support information security governance activities, including IT policy documentation, SOP maintenance, audit support, risk tracking, compliance evidence collection, and user awareness initiatives.
  • Coordinate backup, recovery, business continuity, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure availability and resilience of Corporate IT services.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to plan, implement, troubleshoot, and continuously improve secure Corporate IT services.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline; diploma holders with relevant hands-on experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate IT administration, infrastructure support, network administration, endpoint management, or information security operations.
  • Professional certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, cybersecurity, cloud, or security operations are advantageous.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows endpoint and server administration, Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID, Intune MDM, group policies, user lifecycle management, and access control.
  • Experience supporting enterprise endpoints, endpoint protection, patch management, device hardening, asset management, and remote support tools.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall concepts, wireless networking, and secure network administration.
  • Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar environments.
  • Understanding of information security principles, vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response, backup and recovery, and audit support.
  • Ability to document procedures, maintain operational records, prepare audit evidence, and communicate technical issues clearly to business users and stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, prioritization, and follow-through skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or configuration tools such as Ansible is advantageous.
