Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our team, focusing on corporate and commercial legal work. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate law, with experience in taxation, GST, and TDS. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements and commercial service agreements. You will advise on corporate governance and compliance with local regulations, ensuring that our operations align with legal standards. Additionally, you will manage the legal aspects of company formation and restructuring, providing counsel on international regulatory requirements and assisting in establishing businesses overseas. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams across different jurisdictions. You should be comfortable with frequent travel for meetings and negotiations. A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required, and familiarity with international business laws and corporate compliance is preferred.
