Summary
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for executing the entire recruitment process for the requisitions in their portfolio, ensuring the acquisition of top talent across various roles within the company. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding. The recruiter will also maintain a candidate pipeline, utilize applicant tracking systems, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

This role is exempt and based in Cincinnati, OH.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment Process

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations within approved parameters

  • Drive an efficient hiring process and maintain quality pipeline metrics while providing a positive candidate experience

  • Execute requisition process from initial role discussions through approvals in partnership with hiring manager and necessary stakeholders

  • Support hiring managers in defining appropriate screening and interview process for each requisition

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit

  • Ensure smooth transition of candidates from recruitment pipeline through onboarding experience

  • Coordinate with external staffing agencies or vendors as needed for hard-to-fill or contingent roles

  • Support background check process for new hires when appropriate

Talent Sourcing

  • Build and maintain relationships with passive talent communities and alumni/referral networks to support future pipeline needs

  • Proactively source candidates using various methods and research new methods for sourcing in all necessary markets

Reporting

  • Maintain awareness and understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs with ability to speak to key metrics in own fulfillment areas

  • Ensure appropriate, organized, and detailed candidate notes and maintain accurate data in applicant tracking system

  • Record and report on candidate feedback to ensure competitive market position

Additional Responsibilities

  • Serve as a backup point of contact for colleagues' requisitions to ensure continuity of candidate experience during absences or peak volume

  • Support employer branding efforts, including career site content, social media presence, and participation in job fairs or campus/community recruiting events

  • Participate in cross-functional projects (recruitment marketing, onboarding experience redesign, ATS or HRIS implementations) as assigned by TA leadership, with opportunity to take on increasing project ownership over time

Qualifications

  • 2 + years of full cycle recruitment required with experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing, or similarly regulated industry strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, desired

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred

  • Direct experience in sourcing entry-level to mid-senior level roles

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to effectively “sell” the company, culture, job opportunities, benefits, and promote employer brand

  • Strong hiring manager influencing skills with the ability to understand the business needs

  • Excellent relationship, organizational and time management skills

  • Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment

  • Experience with passive sourcing using Linked-In and other candidate search engines
