Cost Analyst
Summary
Analyzes and optimizes ATM network costs, tracking expenses by model and customer to support profitability decisions using Excel and Power BI.
Analyze, monitor, and optimize operational costs associated with the installation and maintenance of the ATM network, providing valuable insights to support decision-making and ensure the profitability of services delivered to clients and business partners.
- Analyze direct and indirect costs related to ATM services.
- Develop cost projections by ATM model and customer.
- Analyze logistics, spare parts, and consumables costs.
- Identify variances between budgeted and actual expenses.
- Calculate and analyze costs by service, customer, region, and ATM model, including technical service visits, spare parts, travel expenses, and office lease costs.
- Evaluate profitability at the individual ATM level.
- Maintain up-to-date databases, financial models, and analytical tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in cost areas (cost review, cost negotiation)
- Microsoft Office (Advanced level of Excel)
- Dashboards: Power BI
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken)
- Work model: On Site
