Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed cost estimates for various projects, focusing on power substations. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate bidding. - Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement process to ensure competitive pricing. - Prepare and review RFQs (Requests for Quotations) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to ensure compliance with project specifications. - Assist in bid preparation and submission, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time. - Analyze project costs and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost estimation and bidding.
