Counselor-Case Manager

What You Will Do:
- Working with program therapist to provide inclusive services to individuals served.
- Collaborating with individuals served to identify problems utilizing assessment information and develop individualized service plan (IAP).
- Adapting treatment approaches to the needs of individuals served.
- Incorporating dual diagnosis, methadone-related issues, housing needs, family support issues and other factors into daily support and psycho educational groups.
- Documenting plan of care according to established expectations.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with HIPAA & 42 CFR.
The New View program at BHN in Greenfield, MA serves female-identified patients who have been civilly committed through the Section 35 court proceeding to a designated substance use disorder treatment facility. The program offers acute treatment services (ATS) and clinical stabilization services (CSS).
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- At least one year of experience in a substance use disorder field (required).
- Credentialed as CAC, CADC, LADC-Assistant, LADC II (preferred).
- Experience in group facilitation, IAP development, and treatment strategies such as motivational interviewing (required).

Available Schedules:
Full Time:
Tuesday-Saturday, most days 10:00am-6:30pm; Fridays, 2:00pm-10:30pm;
Tuesday, 2:00pm-10:30pm; Wednesday-Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay Rate/Range:
$22.50/hr
