Counselor I

Job Purpose:
- The Counselor I at Behavioral Health Services Inc is responsible for providing direct counseling services to clients, supporting their mental health and well-being. The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support to individuals facing various behavioral health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address clients' mental health needs and promote positive behavioral change.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

- Provide crisis intervention services as needed, offering immediate support and guidance to clients in distress.
