Country Manager

- Lead Syria retail operations, commercial strategy, and business growth for women’s fashion brands. - Oversee sales, marketing, retail operations, HR, logistics, and financial performance across Syria stores. - Drive store expansion, customer experience initiatives, partnerships, and market penetration strategies. - Manage P&L, operational efficiency, and high-performing retail teams while ensuring compliance and profitability.
