Schedule online meetings to discover and understand the goals of students and parents
Communicate and follow up with parents via calls / online messaging apps
Present, inform, and sell programs and how they meet our clients’ needs
Answer potential clients' questions and sharing additional information needed
Handle any objections to close sales and achieve sales targets
Report customer feedback to the corresponding department
Coordinate and schedule/reschedule an online meeting with global teams and customers
Support management on any other sales-related tasks to improve team goals
