Creative Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Dynime is seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling, modern, and memorable designs for both Dynime's brand and its global clients. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, branding, typography, user psychology, and modern digital aesthetics, creating impactful designs that go beyond simply following trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media posts, campaigns, carousels, advertisements, and promotional creatives.

• Create engaging visual assets for Dynime's brand, products, services, and marketing campaigns.

• Develop visual materials for diverse client projects across various industries and brand identities.

• Translate creative briefs into polished, production-ready designs.

• Design graphics for websites, landing pages, presentations, proposals, digital products, and marketing collateral.

• Collaborate with marketing, development, sales, and creative teams to understand requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.

• Ensure consistency across brand guidelines, including typography, layouts, colors, imagery, and visual systems.

• Adapt designs for various platforms, formats, screen sizes, and target audiences.

• Research current design trends and experiment with new visual styles.

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback while maintaining high design quality and creative direction.

• Build and maintain reusable design systems, templates, and creative assets.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Strong graphic design fundamentals, including composition, spacing, hierarchy, typography, and visual balance.

• Strong understanding of color theory and visual communication.

• Ability to create attractive, modern, premium-looking designs.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently from a creative brief and follow brand guidelines.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.

Preferred Skills:

• UI/UX design knowledge and understanding of responsive design principles.

• Experience with branding and visual identity.

• Motion graphics or basic animation skills.

• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows.

• Experience with SaaS, technology, AI, startup, or international brands.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in creative design without an academic background is also welcome.
