Creative Strategist Lead
You will own creative strategy for assigned games and apps, defining the creative vision and long-term direction. You will lead playtests, research market trends and competitors, and turn insights into production-ready creative plans. You will analyze performance metrics, establish testing cadences, build AI-assisted workflows and knowledge systems, manage planning and priorities, and align UA, Product, Creative Production, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the creative strategy, vision, and long-term direction for assigned games and apps
- Align UA, Product, and Creative teams around shared performance goals
- Lead playtests to define USP, audience psychology, and creative opportunities
- Build trend-scanning and competitive research systems across GEOs
- Turn insights into strategic bets and production frameworks
- Evaluate and adopt AI tools for research, insight generation, and creative exploration
- Design AI-assisted workflows for strategy and production
- Build and maintain creative knowledge systems
- Lead quarterly, monthly, and weekly planning and set strategic priorities
- Maintain roadmaps, decision logs, and strategic documentation
- Analyze CTR, CVR, IPM, CPI, and ROAS to identify patterns and root causes
- Establish weekly learning and testing cadences
- Lead alignment meetings and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years in Creative Strategy, UA Creative, Product Marketing, or similar creative strategist roles
- Ability to turn product, data, and market insights into creative direction
- Creative project management experience
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics including CTR, CVR, IPM, CPI, and ROAS
- Experience with creative research and analytics tools, ad libraries, market research platforms, and AI workflows
- Experience coordinating with Designers, Motion Artists, and Playable Devs
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects in parallel
- Understanding of creative trends, audience behavior, and mobile gaming and app market benchmarks
- Written and verbal communication skills
