Credit Control & Pricing Manager

We are looking for a Credit Control & Pricing Manager to manage credit limits, risk/collateral, and campaign/pricing validation for Organized Trade customers and ensuring healthy cash flow, strong governance, and accurate Net Revenue closing. Additionally, this role will contribute to leadership by providing back-up support to the Senior Pricing Manager across all sales channels and project requirements. This is an individual contributor role. The position does not have any direct people management responsibility Responsibilities Manage credit processes to support liquidity, timely collections, and year-end targets by controlling payment cycles and ensuring efficient follow-up. Oversee customer credit limits, risk monitoring, and collateral management, taking proactive actions to minimize collection risk while maintaining delivery continuity. Guide teams in creating new customer master data in line with PepsiCo procedures and Turkish legal requirements. Coordinate legal follow-ups for customers transferred to legal status together with Legal and external consultants/lawyers. Validate Organized Trade campaigns by ensuring all approvals are completed. Validate Organized Trade pricing definitions, ensuring approvals are completed and approved prices are accurately reflected in systems. Lead the monthly closing agenda, ensuring Oracle Net Revenue lines flow fully into planning tool and completing reconciliation. To lead, actively contribute to, and monitor projects related to Master Data when needed. Act as key contact for 3rd party service providers, ensuring KPI tracking and operational follow-up; serve as a backup for the Sr. Credit & Pricing Manager during critical periods. Qualifications University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering Min 5+ years in related fields in Finance Experience in people management/team leadership (ability to lead daily operations and develop team performance) Highly collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional ways of working Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align different teams (Sales, AR, Planning, IT, Legal, 3rd parties) Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and diligent working style with strong ownership SAP experience is a plus (nice to have) Strong analytical thinking, process improvement mindset, and time management Advanced MS Excel skills and solid accounting/controlling knowledge Strong English (written & spoken)
