Credit Manager

You will support the finance lead, ensure a robust control and compliance environment, and assist the hotel (s) in maximizing profit. As a Credit Manager, you’re not just a trusted advisor to finance team members and other hotel business partners – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Operational Support: Assist the Finance Leader in tasks that ensure smooth and efficient department operations.
  • Credit & Collections: Manage credit facilities, billing, and collections in full compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with hotel finance and management teams, fostering strong relationships across departments and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Support the development of high-performing finance teams and participate in relevant training programs.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 3–5 years in credit control, cost management, or hotel operations, with leadership exposure
  • Proficient in financial systems, reporting tools, and hotel management software (e.g., OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK)
  • Strong skills in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting
  • Familiar with regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit procedures
  • Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and deadline-driven
  • Fluent in English; strong cross-department collaboration
