A hands-on Salesforce Administrator and Systems Coordinator who owns the company's Salesforce org (configuration, automation, reporting), maintains large business development data lists, trains staff, and provides first-line IT support and vendor management — with exposure to an AI transformation program. Core tech: Salesforce, declarative automation, and MS Office.

Salary: $100k-125k per year

Oasis Partners is looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator and Systems Coordinator to be the go-to person for our core systems and everyday technology. You'll own our Salesforce org as system administrator and super user, drive business development data quality and list-building, and help the wider team work smarter through training, documentation and practical support — with genuine exposure to our AI transformation program.

What you'll do

  • Act as day-to-day Salesforce administrator: user management, permissions, configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows/automation, dashboards and reports)

  • Build and quality-control large Business Development prospect lists (often thousands of records) for upload into Salesforce — deduplication, formatting, validation

  • Run new-starter systems inductions and deliver ongoing Salesforce training, building staff capability in self-service reporting

  • Provide first-line troubleshooting for Salesforce, hardware and software, and manage our relationship with our managed service provider and other IT/telephony vendors

  • Document processes, spot automation and AI opportunities, and feed them into our Systems, Process & AI Working Group

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in a systems administration, Salesforce administration, or business/technology support role

  • Solid hands-on Salesforce (or comparable CRM) admin experience as a super user, including automation, reports and dashboards

  • High attention to detail with high-volume data work, and confidence training colleagues of all technical levels

  • A self-starter who thrives prioritising independently in a small, fast-moving business

Nice to have:

  • experience in professional services or outbound BD/sales environments;

  • Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, dedup tools);

  • Flow Builder or other declarative development;

  • MSP/vendor management experience;

  • advanced Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills;

  • interest in applying AI to business processes.

This is a rare role that sits close to the leadership team, with direct exposure to an active AI transformation project — ideal for someone who wants Salesforce admin work with real variety and a growth path.
