CRM Engineer (Zoho Implementer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze customer business requirements and processes.
  
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders.
  
• Design and recommend solutions using Zoho applications.
  
• Configure, customize, and implement Zoho products based on customer needs.
  
• Develop custom functionality, automations, workflows, and integrations.
  
• Build solutions using Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Deluge.
  
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.
  
• Perform data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
  
• Train customers and provide post-implementation support.
  
• Document requirements, solution designs, and technical specifications.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and additional automation.
  
• Understanding of systems best practices, sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and business process automation.
  
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration projects.
  
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.
