The YMCA of Orange County is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We are actively seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented individual for a part-time Custodian position in Orange County.

This role is an opportunity to directly impact the experience of members and staff by ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained facilities. The Custodian works closely with facility and safety teams to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces; this position ensures programs and events run smoothly and reflects our commitment to quality and community well-being.

Work Schedule: This is a part-time position. Candidates must be available during the following work hours:

  • Monday availability is required.
  • Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Hours may vary based on operational needs and scheduling requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Age: 18+ years old.
  • Education & Experience:
    • H.S. diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Experience as a custodian preferred.
  • Certifications:
    • First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided and paid for by the YMCA).
