As a Customer Care Rep I, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional and meaningful interactions. Your primary focus will be to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and problems via telephone and email, ensuring a courteous and efficient response. You may also be involved in promoting and selling our client's products and services, as well as handling billing and account-related queries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and problems via telephone and email.
  • Record and identify consistent problem areas, providing feedback to improve services.
  • Promote and sell/renew client company's products and services.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and service issues.
  • Handle billing, programming, and account information changes.
  • Work with customers to make financial decisions and adjust accounts.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain engagement center productivity and quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with all stakeholders.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for customer support.
  • Minimum 3 CXC CSEC, including English A, or equivalent certifications.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.
  • Maintains confidentiality with sensitive data.
  • Solid communication skills for various levels of interaction.
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Effective listening skills to understand and communicate issues.
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills for documentation.
  • Proficiency in standard software packages, especially Microsoft Office.
