Customer Growth Lead
You will own end-to-end performance marketing for a portfolio of game studios. You will launch and optimise paid campaigns, configure ad networks, develop lifecycle and CRM programmes, onboard studios to growth products, manage budgets, and create scalable growth playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns for game studios
- Set up and tune ad networks and user-acquisition channels
- Design and run launch growth plans for studio partners
- Own email, CRM, and lifecycle programmes that retain and re-engage players
- Onboard studios onto Immutable Audience growth products
- Own budgets, track performance, and reallocate spend based on data
- Build repeatable growth playbooks across multiple studios
Requirements
- Hands-on performance and paid marketing experience
- Experience setting up and optimising ad networks or user acquisition
- Growth experience across paid marketing, lifecycle marketing, email, and launches
- Budget ownership and data-led optimisation
- Lifecycle and retention marketing experience across email and CRM
- Fluency with martech tooling and customer onboarding
- Communication and influence skills
- Experience using AI for copy, creative, reporting, and optimisation
