Customer Quality Engineer

Oversees and/or performs Quality activities oriented to assure Customer Satisfaction. Will have direct & frequent contact with customer and/or internal/external cross-functional team impact as requested. Lead & Support Projects related to Get Customer Certifications for the plant, is going to be the driver of the effective execution of Quality Projects and the quality management system.
Experiencia y requisitos

Requirements:

• Experienced quality engineer (3 years minimum)
• Technical Knowledge on Quality Systems & Standards
• Direct Customer Communication (Ford is highly preferred)
• Knowledge in CORE TOOLS (APQP, FMEA , MSA, SPC, PPAP)
• Experienced with IATF-16949 (Highly preferred).

Highly preferred having experience directly working with clients on tracking projects, reviewing non-conformances with clear and accurate updates and negotiating agreements; Deep understanding of customer portals, with specific experience in the Ford platform.(MMOG/LE)
