We're opening a new location and looking for an outgoing, upbeat person to be the first face our customers see. You'll greet everyone who walks in, answer the phone, and make sure every customer leaves happy. If you love talking to people and you're organized, we'll teach you everything else. This is a full-time position working [days/hours].
What you'll do:
- Greet walk-in customers with a smile and find out what they need
- Answer the phone in a friendly, professional way
- Take clear notes and pass them to the team
- Book appointments and follow up with customers
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and welcoming
- Help keep the shop running smoothly day to day
What we're looking for:
- Outgoing, friendly personality. You light up a room
- Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone
- Organized and able to take good notes
- Front desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
- Reliable and on time
Preferred:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
No experience in our industry needed. We'll train you.
