Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team in the Banking Inbound Voice process. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling inbound calls, assisting customers with their banking queries, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy during interactions. You will also be expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and logical reasoning to address customer concerns effectively. A customer-oriented attitude, along with patience and empathy, is essential for this role. Additionally, basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office will be required to manage customer information and documentation. This position offers a structured work schedule with six working days and one rotational week off, along with transportation benefits.
