About the role

Reporting to the Territory Manager and based at our Hemmant Depot, this permanent part-time opportunity is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a strong focus on safety and security, and ensuring the site is presented to the highest standard to support a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving customers efficiently and creating memorable experiences
  • Delivering the standard of service and retailing excellence that our customers have come to expect.
  • Maintaining store presentation and creating a clean welcoming environment
  • Cash handling
  • Authorising fuel pumps
  • Stock filling and rotation
  • General housekeeping – cleaning toilets, shelves, floors
  • Understanding and complying with Ampol’s policies and procedures

About you:

This role will suit an individual who has a passion for customer service, take pride in their work, can multi-task and work unsupervised and enjoys a fast pace. You are reliable, professional, enthusiastic and willing to give everything a go.

Qualification & Experience

  • Retail experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well developed written and oral communication skills
  • General computer literacy
