Customer Service ~ Cafe Asst. (Linthicum, MD - BWI)

ATI is the leader in the coachingt and training in the Automotive Repair Industry. We help small businesses become profitable in more enjoyable and productive ways. Every month, we bring small business owners together for workshops in our "state of the art" headquarters located in Linthicum, Md. This is a VERY customer focused, customer interactive position.

Support ATI's teams by ensuring that clients receive a full, efficient, positive experience at our workshops. This position requires setting up our "cafe" for breaksfast, lunch, and afternoon snack, serving lunch, cleaning up at the end of the day, as well as restocking for the next day.

Position Description:

Serving our clients Lunch , buffet style
Setting up cafe for continental breakfast, snacks, etc
Clean up and prep for next meal.
Filling in at front desk answering phones, and filing, etc when needed.
Preparing our classrooms for upcoming classes.
Greeting clients, answering questions, and projecting a warm, welcoming attitude.

Position Requirements

1 year experience in a customer focused position
Ability to interact with people/ clients in a relaxed atmosphere.
High energy.
Pleasant and outgoing personality.
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills and experience working on a team
Superior organizational skills
Ability to lift 10 - 20 lbs. (lifting a case of soda!)

HOURS:

7:30 - 1:30 Monday through Friday (3:30 if clients are in the building)

3:00 - 8:00 PM 1st Wednesday of every Month.
