Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM, and every other Saturday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Receive customer garments and accurately enter and prepare orders for the processing facility.
• Check completed orders when they return from processing and load them onto the conveyor.
• Handle customer garments carefully and pay close attention to detail.
• Communicate positively and professionally with customers and team members.
• Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
• Proactively address customer concerns and follow through until each issue is resolved.
• Perform basic daily computer tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
