Customer Service Executive [5 DAYS / PASIR PANJANG] (KCKC)
- Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
- Location: Pasir Panjang
- Basic Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,200
Jobs description: - Provide customer service support through phone and emails.
- Prepare shipping documents and handle import/ export documentation.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Process invoices promptly and accurately
- Ensure import/ export operations run smoothly and comply with SOP
- In-house software training will be provided
