Customer Service Executive – Catering Operations

• Position: Customer Service Officer

• Location: Bedok

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) & 1 Saturday per month (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,300 Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: F&B (Catering)

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Prepare catering orders and quotations accurately.

• Coordinate and attend customer food-tasting sessions when required.

• Coordinate with the kitchen, logistics, sales and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

• Liaise with outsourced suppliers regarding catering items, logistics and other order requirements.

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing, catering coordination or a related role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Prior experience in catering, F&B, hospitality or event coordination would be advantageous.
