📍 Changi South
💰 Up to $3,500/month + AWS + $180 transport allowance
🕒 Monday–Friday, 7.30am–4.30pm

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and job outs using Oracle.
• Review outstanding orders and customer requirements.
• Update customers on delivery schedules, delays and shipment status.
• Prepare order status reports and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Min O Level/ Diploma or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of customer service experience in a related industry.
• Proficient in computer applications; ERP/MRP knowledge preferred.
