Customer Service Executive (Order Processing, Customer Support, Industrial Gases and Engineering) #HDC1

A global industrial gases and engineering company is looking for a Customer Service Executive to look after customer orders and enquiries. You will be the key contact keeping orders accurate, on time and customers well supported.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receive and process customer orders accurately in the ERP system
• Respond to customer enquiries on orders, delivery, pricing and documentation
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and operations teams to meet delivery commitments
• Track open orders and proactively flag issues and delays
• Prepare quotations, invoices and shipping documents
• Handle customer complaints and service recovery professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and order data
• Support inventory reconciliation and order-to-cash activities
• Prepare regular customer service reports
• Support ad hoc sales and administrative tasks

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline and above
• Experience in customer service, order management or sales administration
• Familiar with ERP or order management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Meticulous with strong follow-through
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to manage multiple orders and deadlines
• Customer-focused team player
