Customer Service Executive (Order Fulfilment, Logistics Coordination, Sales Support) #HDC1

A global industrial solutions company is looking for a Customer Service Executive to keep orders moving and customers informed. You will coordinate order fulfilment, support import and export documentation and work closely with the sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage inter-company order fulfilment and flag issues early
• Track and manage open order backlogs with sales and customer service teams to meet on-time delivery targets
• Prepare and maintain import and export documentation in line with regulations
• Manage inbound verification and outbound shipments with third-party logistics providers
• Evaluate logistics and freight challenges and recommend improvements
• Recommend shipment consolidation solutions to optimise cost and efficiency
• Perform weekly and monthly inventory reconciliation
• Manage the order-to-cash workflow and record retention
• Support monthly reports such as forecasts and customer delivery reports
• Support the sales and customer service team as needed

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline and above
• Around 3 years of supply chain, logistics or order fulfilment experience
• Proficient in ERP and CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Creative, results-driven and proactive
• Knowledge of import and export procedures is an advantage
