Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

Support the outdoor sales team by preparing quotations, managing customer enquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth sales operations through effective collaboration and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate sales quotations and coordinate client appointments to support the outdoor sales team’s activities.
• Conduct product presentations and introduce solutions to prospective customers to drive business development.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries about pricing, product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Take ownership of customer complaints and operational issues by investigating concerns and collaborating with relevant departments to implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics, Operations, and Management to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, quotations, and customer information to support efficient sales administration.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Reporting Manager and assist with ad-hoc assignments and business projects as needed.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, inside sales, sales administration, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with sales or ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive in handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and following up on outstanding matters.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
