2coms Consulting Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Operation Support Executive for a prominent client based in Pune. This role is ideal for candidates with a graduate degree, whether they are fresh graduates or possess prior experience in customer support. The position focuses on delivering high-quality assistance through strong communication and analytical abilities, requiring the successful candidate to be fully available for on-site work and adaptable to a structured schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support and assistance to customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Utilize strong problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain clear and professional communication in both English and Hindi.
- Adhere to the designated work schedule, which includes rotational shifts and a six-day workweek.
- Perform all duties on-site at the Pune office location as required.
Requirements
- Possess a graduation degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Exhibit robust problem-solving aptitude and the ability to handle complex situations.
- Show flexibility and willingness to work from the office premises.
- Be available for day shifts with rotational off days.
Benefits
Salary- 17K NTH
Shift- 9am-6pm
