Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries and providing accurate information to customers in a voice process environment. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and a willingness to work in a dynamic BPO setting. Previous experience in a BPO is an advantage, but we also welcome HSC freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the customer service field. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive company image. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 3.5 Lakh to 7.0 Lakh INR annually, along with the potential for significant incentives. Candidates should be prepared to work in rotational shifts and must be available for five working days a week. A cab facility is provided for employees.
