Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries and providing accurate information to customers in a voice process environment. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of service that our company is known for. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English and be willing to work in a voice customer service process. Previous experience in a BPO environment is an advantage, but we welcome HSC freshers as well. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 3.5 Lakh INR to 7.0 Lakh INR annually, along with the potential for significant incentives. Working hours will be rotational, and the company provides a cab facility for employees.
