Customer Service / Interpreter / Designer

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients across various channels.
- Serve as a professional interpreter to facilitate clear and accurate communication between parties speaking different languages, ensuring nuances and technical terms are correctly conveyed.
- Conceptualize and develop creative design solutions, including industrial, graphic, and product design projects from initial sketches to final production.
- Utilize artistic and technical skills to create visual assets, prototypes, and layouts that align with project specifications and aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on designs and service protocols.
- Manage multiple workflows simultaneously, balancing time-sensitive customer service tasks with ongoing design and creative projects.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, design versions, and project progress to ensure transparency and continuity.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in multiple languages with the ability to provide accurate and fluent interpretation services in real-time settings.
- Strong customer service orientation, including excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience or a strong portfolio in design disciplines such as industrial design, graphic design, and product design.
- Technical competency in standard design software and digital tools used for creating visual content and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with arts and crafts techniques to support creative development and material exploration.
- Ability to manage a remote or hybrid working environment effectively, maintaining high productivity and clear communication with distributed teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize diverse tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt communication styles to suit a diverse, global client base.
