Customer Service and Logistics Trainee

You will join our Türkiye team as a Customer Service & Logistics Trainee. You will support customer service and supply chain activities, learn operational processes, and work closely with colleagues across functions. We value curiosity, clear communication and a growth mindset. This role offers hands-on learning, coaching, and clear milestones to develop a long-term career while helping GSK unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.

Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:-

- Support daily operational requirements.

- Assist with coordination of inbound and outbound logistics to meet timelines and quality standards.

- Help maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in our systems.

- Prepare simple reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve routine supply issues and improve processes.

- Participate in training and development activities, applying feedback to improve performance.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, engineering, life sciences or a related field.

- Proficient Turkish and professional working English.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Legal right to work in Türkiye.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- Internship or practical experience in customer service, logistics, warehouse or supply chain roles.

- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.

- Basic knowledge of good manufacturing and storage practices.

- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or project work.- Training on manual handling or forklift operation.

- Interest in building a career in pharmaceutical, healthcare or related sectors.
