Customer Service Officer (Up to $18/hr, Till End December, Raffles Place) #HJY

Salary: $14.50/hr - $18/hr
Location: Raffles Place
Duration: Immediate - End December (Or Beyond)

Working hours
- Mon-Fri, 8.30AM to 6.00PM

Job Scope:
- Support the counter and concierge duties
- Extract daily/weekly/monthly CRM Performance Reports
- Handle all enquiries at counter (Membership enquiries, UTAP, Gift Claim, Hardship grant application etc) including creating of CRM cases and update daily appointment list.
- Assist all frontline customer service transactions including membership sign up, submission of assistance programmes, card replacement etc.
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned (e.g data entry, appointment confirmation via outbound call)

Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any field
- No exp needed, training will be provided
