Customer Service Project Manager

Bargreen Ellingson is looking for a Project Manager to join our customer service team. This is an administrative role responsible for supporting our established sales team. This role is a full time in-office position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Management of development schedule - confirming account set up, orders entered, and project notes.
• Scheduling install/delivery dates with staging company and internal warehouses.
• Management of shared drive - running the open order report for project summary.
• Securing staging contracts.
• Communicating with franchisees and general contractors for project updates, scheduling deliveries, and order tracking.
• Creates and maintains strong working relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Perform other responsibilities as directed.
