Kaizen Collision Center in Longmont, CO is hiring a dependable, organized Customer Service Representative who can multitask, solve problems, and keep things moving.
If you're sharp, quick on your feet, and great with customers, we want to talk!
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
What You'll Do
Answer phones, greet customers, and schedule appointments
Handle vehicle check-ins and customer updates
Assist with insurance questions and payments
Keep front office operations running smoothly
What We Need
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Professional, dependable, and organized
Comfortable using computers
Automotive experience preferred
Valid driver's license
