Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Serve as the primary link between customers and internal operations, ensuring effective communication, accurate order processing, and timely resolution of customer inquiries. Manage the order cycle from initial purchase order receipt through successful fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and enter customer purchase orders into internal systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, inventory management, and sales teams to prioritize urgent orders and resolve backorders.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, part fitment, minimum order quantities (MOQ), pricing, and order status.
• Provide timely updates regarding order confirmations, shipping delays, and tracking information.
• Troubleshoot basic billing and shipping issues using the company's ERP system.
• Generate reports related to order entry and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) – MANDATORY.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast and accurate alphanumeric typing skills (40–50 WPM).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Desirable Knowledge

• Experience with ERP systems and order management processes.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and shipping processes.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.

Desirable: Experience in manufacturing, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and MMOG/LE.
