Customer Service Representative

You will be working closely with customers and assisting the sales team, answering phone calls from clients, emailing customers in relation to their queries, addressing any issues that may arise, and providing estimates on the time it will take for their products to be delivered.

Other responsibilities include the following:

• Preparing quotes and placing sales orders.
  
• Completing all administrative duties and entering details into the business’ ERP system.
  
• Coordinating with the departments inside the organisation to confirm sales and product delivery. Ideally, the candidate we are seeking will have:
  
• A proven track record of excellence in their performance.
  
• Customer service or sales support experience similar the description you are reading here.
  
• Have a deep commitment and desire to achieve, along with enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.
  
• Good communication skills and the ability to establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Previous ERP-system use, and Microsoft office expertise.
