We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for multiple locations throughout the Greater Houston area.

Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Various Greater Houston Area Locations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residential and commercial customers.

• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and purchases.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone.

• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

• Work collaboratively with site management and team members.

• Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus!
