Pay: $15 an hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm and overtime as needed
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with customers, sales teams, and plant personnel to support daily business operations. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with questions, orders, and product information
- Entering and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing customer quotes and providing pricing information
- Communicating order status and delivery updates
- Supporting the sales team with administrative and customer service needs
- Researching and helping resolve customer concerns
- Maintaining customer records and account information
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Learning our products, systems, and industry processes through on-the-job training
