Job Summary
Lundy's Propane, a Meritum Energy Holdings company in Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking a motivated customer service representative. The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns in addition to assisting walk-in customers and supporting bottle dock operations as needed. Our Customer Service Representatives are committed to Service, Efficiency and Safety.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services and serves as a liaison between customers and the company
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services
- Assists walk-in customers, processes cylinder sales and payments, and supports bottle dock operations as needed
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Performs other related duties as assigned
