About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and results-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via calls, emails, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet service quality and performance standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (mandatory).
• Prior customer service experience is an added advantage but not required.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
