What you'll do

• Support airline customers by phone, with a focus on a great customer experience
• Handle high call volumes
• Stay calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented when customers are in sensitive or stressful situations
• Make good decisions in real time

What we're looking for

• Fluent Spanish, C1 (spoken and written)
• English, B2 (spoken and written)
• Previous customer service experience (required)
• Proven experience handling high-volume calls
• Resilience in sensitive situations
• Strong communication, empathy, and decision-making skills
• Availability for rotating shifts
