About the Role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of a leading medical device company, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat.
• Assist with account management and billing-related inquiries.
• Help customers troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (Castilian).
• Good command of English (B2 level or above).
• Comfortable using technology and digital platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts.

• Location: On-site, Lisbon, Portugal
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday
• Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week
• Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
