Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls and email correspondence. The role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing appointments, performing administrative duties, handling compliments and complaints, and collecting valuable customer feedback to help improve the business’ overall service.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role is preferred

  • Experience in handling a high volume of customer queries

  • Basic knowledge of appointment scheduling

  • Previous experience within Repair & Maintenance Sector is preferred

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Location: Waltham Abbey, London, E4 7RW

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40hrs per week

Working pattern: Monday-Friday
